Do try this recipe otherwise, as it tastes delicious and takes minimum efforts to bring it together. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />- 250 gms of Boiled Potatoes <br />- 2 tbsp Oil <br />- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />- 1/2 tsp Split Bengal Gram ( శనగపప్పు) <br />- 1/2 tsp Split Black Gram (ఛాయ మినపప్పు) <br />- 2-3 Green Chilles ( Chopped ) <br />- 1/2 inch Ginger ( Chopped ) <br />- 1/4 Turmeric Powder <br />- 10-15 Curry Leaves <br />- Salt To Taste <br /> <br />Method : <br />- In a Pan, add 2 tbsp of oil and heat it. Once the oil is hot enough, add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp split Bengal gram,1/2 tsp split black gram and saute it well for 1- 2 minutes. <br />- Once tempering is sauted well, add 2-3 chopped green chillies, 1/2 inch chopped ginger, 10-15 curry leaves and mix it well. <br />- In Tempering add 250 gm boiled potatoes, mash it with hands. <br />- Add Salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric and mix it well. <br />- Once it is done, keep it aside and let it cool. <br />- Mashed potato mixture has cooled off, add 1 tbsp lemon juice. <br /> Mashed Potatoes Recipe is ready to eat!
